Diana is an Illinois-licensed attorney who focuses her practice on consumer and employment matters, including class and collective actions and individual and mass arbitration. She brings more than fifteen years of legal experience to her clients.

Diana also has a strong arbitration background. She represents consumers in arbitration proceedings, including before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS). She has successfully resolved arbitrations on behalf of individual consumers against major companies and corporations.

Proud of her Southern Illinois roots, Diana was raised in Carlinville, Illinois and made O’Fallon, Illinois her home for more than a decade. She lives with her husband, Brandon, their two children, and their two German Shorthaired Pointers, Turner and Remi.
